I am a Counselling Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a deep passion for supporting individuals through their personal, emotional, and career-related journeys. Over the years, I have worked closely with students and young adults, helping them navigate challenges such as career confusion, stress, anxiety, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, and lack of confidence during important phases of life.
My experience in academic mentoring and student guidance has allowed me to understand the emotional pressures individuals often face while making decisions about their future. I believe that true guidance goes beyond giving advice — it involves listening with empathy, understanding each individual’s unique experiences, and helping them discover clarity within themselves.
My counselling approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and person-centred. I aim to create a safe space where individuals feel heard, supported, and emotionally comfortable expressing themselves. I focus on helping people build self-awareness, emotional resilience, confidence, and healthier perspectives toward life and career decisions.
Through my work, I hope to positively impact individuals by helping them better understand themselves, overcome emotional barriers, and move toward a more balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling life.
